Canteen Tender
Eligibility Conditions:
- Have a valid business license and must consist of Malaysian citizens.
- Comply with the conditions set by the local authorities.
- Able to cater minimum capacity of 200 pax workers daily.
- Able to operate from 7.00 AM to 5.00 PM daily all year long including public holidays. Includes breakfast, lunch and tea time.
- Food must be Halal and suitable for local & foreigner taste. Mixture of spicy and non-spicy food. Includes vegetarian friendly.
- Contract in yearly renewable basis, termination notice 3 months.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of Catering, Restaurant & Cafeteria food preparation.
- Catering style canteen (gas/fire are strictly prohibited in the premise).
- Canteen workers must have record of medical examinations in accordance with local authority requirements.
Tender application must be accompanied by following documents:
- A Complete Application Letter
- Copy of Business Registration License
- A Proposal which includes:
-Company Background
-List of menus with price
-Operation plans (no. of staff, shift, item replenish plan etc.)
-Referrals / Testimonials

Mini Shop Tender

We are inviting proposals from interested vendors to install and operate vending machines within the common areas of our property.
